SCAD Information Architecture class was given a project to create a shopping/buying experience that improves the payment interaction, connects people, and helps find the perfect product or service for a user by using the technology available today or in the near future.

Our team decided to create a platform that connects insurance companies to people seeking insurance or help with managing their insurance.

Our finalized concept is we created a platform that is available on a website or phone where user’s have a personalized virtual agent (AI) that helps them with all aspects of insurance like search/buying a plan, making a claim, and managing all their plans.

Final Product
Stitch is a platform with a marketplace that allows you to connect to multiple companies to compare and buy insurance with the ability to maintain current plans, all in one stop. Stitch platform that is available on a website or phone where the user has a personalized virtual agent (AI) that helps them with all aspects of insurance like search/buying a plan, making a claim, and managing all their plans.
Buy
Stitch allows users to search and buy plans with the use of stitch's AI. It also compares plans to help you find the best insurance plan for you.
Payment
Stitch allows users to pay for their insurance through this app instead of being redirected to the insurnace companies webiste page.
Manage
Users are able to manage all their plans on one platform which make it easier for them to keep track of it all. There is also a place for all your different insurance cards and documents so users do not have to carry their cards around.
Make a claim
With stitch making a claim has become easier with the. use of it's AI. As you go through the claim process the AI prompts you with question to figure out the best way to make a claim and find a place t get yoour car fixed.
Stitch's AI
This AI is a personal virutal agent that helps work with the user to make a claim, buy insurance, and manage their plans without having to talk to an actual agent until it is necessary. The AI helps them have a more seamless and transparent experience.
